Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the Supply and Installation of Monolith Towers at its Retail Outlets across multiple zones including South Zone (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta), Central Zone (Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur), and North Zone (Islamabad, Peshawar, Jhelum, Dera Ismail Khan). The scope includes supply and installation of new Monolith Towers made of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) 4mm thick in white color, refurbishment of existing fiberglass Monolith Towers, and transportation and installation of these towers at designated sites.

The technical scope covers fabrication, welding, painting, ACM cladding, LED illumination, acrylic lettering, retroreflective coatings, and foundation works as per detailed drawings and specifications. All materials such as steel confirming ASTM A-36 and BS-15, approved paints, LED modules with CE/UL/IEC certification, and ACM panels with warranty are specified. Installation includes site visits for alignment verification and safe handling with third-party certified lifting equipment.
Eligibility criteria include compliance with PSO's HSE guidelines, provision of certified PPE, third-party certification for lifting equipment, and adherence to timelines. The contract duration is initially one year with an option to extend. Payment will be made through running bills verified by PSO engineers. Liquidated damages apply for delays beyond scheduled completion dates. The contractor is responsible for risk assessments, work method statements, and indemnity against accidents.
