Provision and Fixing of Paver Block and Construction Works at Taluka Shah Bundar Villages

The Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal invites experienced and eligible contractors to submit bids for the provision and fixing of paver blocks and related civil works at various villages in Taluka Shah Bundar, Sujawal District, Sindh. This tender is part of the Oil and Gas Funded Schemes under PMDC and includes multiple construction activities with a completion time of 12 months. Items being procured: - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Memon Muhalla, Khatthi Muhalla and Mallah Muhalla Town Committee, Chuhar Jamali - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of Taluka Shah Bundar - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block from BHU Ladiyoon to Dargha Syed Juman Shah - Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at THQ Hospital Taluka Jati - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Karmalik Taluka Jati - Provision and Fixing of Paver Block at Different Villages of UC Gul Muhammad Baran Taluka Jati - Construction of 05 Nos Culvert 3 Span at Village Ali Ghuriyani UC Jar Taluka Sujawal - Remaining Construction of Rural Water Supply Scheme Loung Abro UC Mughalbeen Taluka Jati - Construction of 03 Nos Culvert 3 Span Village Allah Bux Chandani, Hussain Chandani & Ramzan Chandani Taluka Mirpur Bathoro - Remaining Work Rural Water Supply Scheme at Village Aajiz Ali Mohammad Thaheem UC Karmalik The scope includes excavation, earth compaction, carriage of earth, cement concrete works, fixing of cement paving blocks, and erection/removal of centering for RCC works. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11 with valid licenses and renewals. Valid registration with Electric Inspectorate, FBR, SRB, and possession of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications are mandatory. Bidders must have relevant experience with similar works executed in the last 5 years, supported by work orders, completion certificates, and pictorial evidence. Financial soundness, technical staff qualifications, and availability of required machinery and equipment are essential eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal (http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/) by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. Tender fee of PKR 3,000 and bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) are required. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your registration on EPADS is complete and up to date well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, carefully prepare and paginate all technical documents as per the tender requirements to avoid disqualification.
