Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its CSW Building Division Abbottabad, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 amended up to 15-09-2021. This tender concerns the provision of funds for decretal cases, land compensation, and incomplete works across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts. The procurement is specifically for the following works at GPS Tori Sharif and GGPS Tori Sharif.
Items being procured:
- GPS Tori Sharif (PEC Category C-6, Estimated Cost Rs. 2.9 Million, Bid Security Rs. 62,000, Tender Form Fee Rs. 1,450)
- GGPS Tori Sharif (PEC Category C-6, Estimated Cost Rs. 6.95 Million, Bid Security Rs. 148,000, Tender Form Fee Rs. 3,500)
The scope involves financial provision for land and legal compensations and completion of ongoing works under the ADP No. 260/250308 for the financial year 2026-27. The works are to be executed as per work orders issued by the department. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 and comply with all relevant PEC categories and KPPRA regulations.
