Provision of funds for Decretal Cases/Land Compensation and Incomplete Balance Works in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts

The C&W Building Division Haripur Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the procurement of funds for Decretal Cases, Land Compensation, and Incomplete Balance Works across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including the Merged Districts. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope E-PAD System in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and E-PAD Regulations 2025. Items being procured: - Provision of funds for Decretal Cases/Land Compensation/Incomplete works at GHSS Sarai Saleh - Provision of funds for Decretal Cases/Land Compensation/Incomplete works at GHSS Kot Najibullah - Provision of funds for Decretal Cases/Land Compensation/Incomplete works at GHSS Dingi - Provision of funds for Decretal Cases/Land Compensation/Incomplete works at GGHSS Bandi Muneem - Provision of funds for Decretal Cases/Land Compensation/Incomplete works at GHSS Khanpur The scope covers financial provision for land compensation and incomplete balance works at various government high schools and girls high schools in the region. The works are categorized under PEC C-5 and C-6 categories, indicating civil construction and related activities. The projects are to be executed as per work orders with completion periods defined accordingly. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration with relevant codes, C&W Department enlistment, and demonstrate financial soundness, relevant experience, and technical capability. Submission of valid NTN/Income Tax certificates and other supporting documents is mandatory. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30 July 2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of C&W Highway Division Haripur. The last date for submission of bids is 13 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the E-Bidding system, with original affidavits and call deposits submitted physically as per instructions.
