Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Building Division Abbottabad, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 amended up to 15.09.2021. The procurement is for provision of funds related to decretal cases, land compensation, and incomplete works across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts. Items being procured:

- GGPS Tori Sharif (PEC Category C-6, Estimated Cost Rs. 6.950 Million)
The technical scope covers financial provision for legal and land compensation matters as well as completion of ongoing works in the region. The site location is Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013 and possess the required PEC category C-6 for the respective works. Bidders must submit Earnest Money in the form of CDR with complete details including bank name, CDR number, and date electronically along with their e-bids on the EPAD system.
The key dates include submission of e-bids by 17th August 2026 at 12:00 pm, with financial bids opening on the same day at 12:30 pm. Tender form fees must be submitted as Call Deposit.
