Procurement of Security Services for PBC HPT Rawalpindi

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) HPT Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced security firms for the provision of security services at its premises in Rawalpindi. The contract is for the deployment of security guards to ensure the safety and protection of the PBC HPT facility and its assets. Items being procured: - Security services for PBC HPT Rawalpindi (deployment of security guards as per requirement) The scope of work includes round-the-clock security coverage, monitoring of entry and exit points, patrolling of the premises, and immediate response to any security incidents. The selected firm must provide trained, licensed, and uniformed security personnel who are physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations. Firms must be registered with relevant authorities and possess a valid license for providing security services. Interested bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Controller, PBC HPT, Rawalpindi. Additionally, a non-refundable bid processing fee of PKR 10,000 is required. Bidders must also provide proof of registration with FBR and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in providing security services to government or large organizations will be preferred.
