Provision of Home Solar System in District Kech and Tump

The Energy Department Balochistan invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of home solar system projects for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The projects include provision of home solar systems in two schemes: - Provision of Home Solar System District Kech, Tump under PSDP No. 1852 Z2026.2835 - Provision of Home Solar System Tump Town Area District Kech, Tump under PSDP No. 1790 Z2026.1059 Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. The bidder must have a turnover of at least PKR 17,500,000 in the last three years showing financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category EE11(i) (Solar) or EE11(m) (Solar Energy System) is required. The firm must have completed at least one similar work and installed solar hybrid systems in the last three years in any government sector. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% must accompany bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned's office or downloaded from the BPPRA website. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication until the opening of bids during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 12th October 2026 by 10:00 AM.
