Provision of Human Resource and Security Services

The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Lahore, is inviting bids for the provision of human resource and security services on an as and when required basis. This procurement is open to well-reputed national and local companies, firms, contractors, human resource or workforce service providers registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) and with relevant registration authorities. Joint ventures or consortiums are also allowed. Items being procured: - Drivers of Sinog Truck and Mobile Workshop - Sinog Cannon Operator - Sinog Cannon Helpers - Motor Vehicles Mechanic - Sinog Cannon Technician - IT Monitoring Officers - Supervisors Sinog Cannon - Security Guards The scope includes supplying skilled and semi-skilled manpower for vehicle operation, maintenance, IT monitoring, and security services. The contract requires adherence to quality standards and timely deployment as per the department's requirements. Bidders must quote all resources and services within the lot as partial or conditional bids will lead to disqualification at the technical evaluation stage. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and ATL, relevant PEC categories if applicable, and proven experience in similar contracts. The bid validity period is 120 days, and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted through the digital banking facility available on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
