Provision and Installation of Beautification and Illumination Arrangements at Directorate General Immigration & Passports HQ Islamabad

Directorate General Immigration & Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from reputed firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), relevant Sales Tax Authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for provision and installation of beautification and illumination arrangements at Directorate General Immigration & Passports HQ, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Beautification arrangements - Illumination arrangements E-bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on e-PADS at https://epads.gov.pk/ and www.dgip.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS on or before Tuesday 17th November, 2026 at 11:30AM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30AM through e-PADS. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule-65 of Public Procurement Rules, 2026 is provided on the procuring agency's website www.dgip.gov.pk, on e-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. The provision and installation shall be carried out in accordance with the bidding documents. Single Stage One Envelope Procedure will be followed as per PPRA Rules, 2026. Bidders must upload the original Bid Security of Rs.170,707/- on EPADS V 2.0 during uploading of their proposal and submit the physical original copy before the bidding deadline. In case of any public holiday, the next working day shall be considered for bid submission/opening. Directorate General Immigration & Passports reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-45 & 46 of PPRA Rules, 2026.
