Provision of Services for Building Repair and Maintenance at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), on behalf of the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit e-bids for the provision of services for building repair and maintenance at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi. The procurement will be conducted through a Least Cost Selection method following a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules & Regulations. Items being procured: - Building repair and maintenance services at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi Bidders must submit a mandatory, non-refundable Bid Fee of Rs 5,000 and a refundable Bid Security of PKR 200,000 in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee in favor of PRIMACO Islamabad. Bidding documents are available online at www.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must fulfill eligibility criteria including valid registration with SECP/Registrar of Firms/Sole Proprietor, valid NTN and ATL registration, affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and PEC registration in category C-6 or above. The bid submission deadline is 11th November 2026 at 1400 hours, with bid opening at 1430 hours the same day. Bids will be opened on the PPRA/EPADS V2.00 platform in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, conditional tenders, joint ventures, and consortiums will not be accepted. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules. This tender is specific to Karachi and managed by PRIMACO on behalf of EOBI.
