Provision and Installation of Miscellaneous Items for Establishment of Media Studio

Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites bids from well-reputed, registered firms for the provision and installation of miscellaneous items required for the establishment of a Media Studio. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the university's media capabilities through the setup of a fully functional studio. Items being procured: - Provision and Installation of Miscellaneous Items for Establishment of Media Studio The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of all necessary materials and equipment to establish the media studio at the university premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as required by the university. Eligible bidders should be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid PEC registration if applicable, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, to be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft or CDR in favor of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, deposited at Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch, Dera Ghazi Khan. The tender documents can be obtained or downloaded from the office of the Director Purchase & Store or from the university website www.gudgk.edu.pk on or before 26-08-2026 up to 10:00 AM. Bidders shall submit their profiles, including technical and financial bids, online through the E-PADS portal. Hard copies of the technical and financial bids, along with bid security, must be submitted separately to the procuring agency. The University General Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Grounds for rejection will be communicated upon request. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required documents and bid security are included to avoid disqualification.
