Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Client End Equipment for Reconstruction of Old P&D Building Tower A, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of client end equipment for the reconstruction of the old Planning & Development Building Tower A located in Lahore. This tender is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014, amended up to date, using an Open Competitive Bidding method with a Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Laptop/Desktop (Bid Security: PKR 350,000; Estimated Cost: PKR 32,774,470) - Display Devices (Bid Security: PKR 250,000; Estimated Cost: PKR 23,641,460) The scope includes supply and installation of client end equipment essential for the reconstruction project at Tower A. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all technical and financial bid requirements as per the tender documents. The tender documents are available online at ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The bid validity period is 120 days. All bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 02nd November 2026 no later than 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Bids submitted through any other mode will not be considered. In case the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
