Provision of IT and Networking Equipment for Punjab Financial Advisory Services

Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS), a newly established entity under the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, is procuring IT and networking equipment to support its mandate of providing financial, fiscal, and management advisory services to government institutions. The procurement is based in Lahore and invites bids from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers with relevant tax registrations. Items being procured: - TV Screens & Interactive Screens - Networking Equipment & NAS Storage - Next-Generation Firewall & license - Display Monitors The procurement covers a range of IT hardware including advanced display technologies, network storage solutions, and cybersecurity equipment such as next-generation firewalls. The site of delivery and installation is the PFAS office located in Lahore. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide bid security as per the prescribed percentages of the estimated cost for each lot. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System, valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, and adherence to Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Partial bidding within a lot is not allowed, and bidders must submit individual bids and bid securities for each lot they intend to participate in. The tender submission deadline is the 10th of August 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System only. Manual or courier submissions will not be entertained. The bid security must be in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s Cheque valid for six months.
