Tender Description
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the procurement for the provision of janitorial services at the SMEDA Head Office in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract referenced as P87241.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement, specifically using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. Bidders must submit a Bid Securing Declaration as part of their bid.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 7, 2026, at 01:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. In compliance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement. The notification is available on the procuring agency's website and on EPADS v2.0 as well as the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
Interested bidders should ensure timely registration and submission of bids through the EPADS portal. It is advisable to review all tender documents carefully and prepare bids in strict accordance with the instructions to avoid disqualification. Early registration on EPADS will help avoid last-minute technical issues.
