Provision of Light Tower on Rental Basis for Cricket Stadiums for One Year

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites bids for the provision of light towers on rental basis for cricket stadiums for the period of one year starting September 2026 to August 2027. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget with reference number P106030. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure and adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Provision of Light Tower on Rental Basis for Cricket Stadiums for one year The scope includes supplying and maintaining light towers at cricket stadiums for the entire contract period. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
