Provision of Lunch Services, Tea, Water & Fruit Services for SNGPL Sports Cell

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services specifically for the SC-08/26 (CKT) contract titled 'Provision of Lunch Services, Tea, Water & Fruit Services' for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers catering and refreshment services for the SNGPL Sports Cell across multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Menu 1: Tea & Biscuit (0845 Hours), Lunch (1145 hours) including boiled rice, mash potato, mixed vegetables, chicken malai boti or chicken steam roast, channe/daal, four types of salad, ice cream (Hico or equivalent), roti, and tea/biscuit/cake at 1430 hours - Menu 2: Tea & Biscuit (0845 Hours), Lunch (1145 hours) including boiled rice, mash potato, chicken qeema, steam mutton, channe/daal, four types of salad, ice cream (Hico or equivalent), roti, and tea/biscuit/cake at 1430 hours - Menu 3: Tea & Biscuit (0845 Hours), Lunch (1145 hours) including boiled rice, mash potato, mixed vegetables, fish BBQ, channe/daal, four types of salad, ice cream (Hico or equivalent), roti, and tea/biscuit/cake at 1430 hours - 500 ml drinking water bottles (Aqua Fina or equivalent) chilled and supplied daily at match venues - Fresh, high-quality fruits baskets daily including banana (12 dozen), apple (7 kg), and dates (1 kg, Muzafati or equivalent) The scope includes complete setup arrangements at venues such as table arrangement, cutlery, crockery, food items, waiters, and service for four days of each match as per the schedule. The services are required at multiple locations: Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Imran Khan Stadium Peshawar, and Abbottabad Cricket Stadium with specified delivery dates. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have experience providing catering services to at least one cricket team in PCB-organized domestic or international events in the last three years, with documentary evidence. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid NADRA citizenship documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, August 24, 2026, at 02:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procuring agency emphasizes maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, quantity, and timely service throughout the contract period. Any substandard service or defective material must be replaced promptly at no extra cost. Repeated unsatisfactory performance may lead to contract termination.
