Provision of Lunch Services, Tea, Water & Fruit Services for SNGPL Cricket Team

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the provision of lunch services, tea, water, and fresh fruit for the SNGPL Cricket Team during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers multiple venues including Diamond Cricket Stadium Islamabad, Shoaib Akhtar Cricket Stadium Rawalpindi, Imran Khan Cricket Stadium Peshawar, and Abbottabad Cricket Stadium. The services include daily provision of tea & biscuits at 0845 hours, lunch at 1145 hours with a duration until 1315 hours, chilled 500 ml drinking water bottles throughout the day, and fresh high-quality fruits supplied daily at 0900 hours. Items being procured: - Menu 1: Tea & Biscuit, Boiled rice, Mash potato, Mix Vegetable, Chicken Malia botti / Chicken Steam Roast, Channe / Daal, 4 types of different salad, Ice cream (Hico or equivalent), Roti, Tea & Biscuit at 1430 hours - Menu 2: Tea & Biscuit, Boiled rice, Mash potato, Chicken Qeema, Steam Mutton, Channe / Daal, 4 types of different salad, Ice cream (Hico or equivalent), Roti, Tea & Biscuit at 1430 hours - Menu 3: Tea & Biscuit, Boiled rice, Mash potato, Mix Vegetable, Fish BBQ, Channe / Daal, 4 types of different salad, Ice cream (Hico or equivalent), Roti, Tea & Biscuit at 1430 hours - 500 ml drinking water bottles (Aqua Fina or equivalent) chilled and available from 0800 am to 5:00 pm - Fresh high-quality fruits baskets including Banana 12 Dozen, Apple 7 KG, Dates 1 KG (Muzafati or equivalent) The scope includes complete setup arrangements at venues including table arrangement, cutlery, crockery, food items, waiters, and service for four days of each match as per schedule. Bidders must ensure fresh, hygienic, and good-quality meals served timely as per approved menus. Supply of sub-standard services or defective material will require replacement at no extra cost. The contract requires maintaining satisfactory standards of food quality, hygiene, quantity, and timely service throughout the contract period. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, professional tax certificates, and compliance with all legal and financial requirements. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Friday, September 4, 2026, at 02:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security of PKR 86,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the procurement process without liability.
