Tender Description
The BRCs and Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan department in Bela is addressing an important construction project involving the provision of missing facilities at the Government Girls Degree College Bela. This project is critical to complete the infrastructure and ensure the college is fully functional for its students and staff.
The scope of work includes construction activities to provide the pending facilities that were part of the original contract awarded to M/S Chiltan Engineering, Construction Company. The contractor has unfortunately delayed resuming work for over two months, causing financial losses and project delays. The department is now issuing a final notice to the contractor to resume work immediately within seven days of this notice's publication.
Eligible contractors should have relevant PEC registration for civil works and must be registered with FBR and ATL to participate in similar tenders. Experience in educational infrastructure projects will be advantageous. The project demands timely execution and adherence to quality standards to avoid further penalties or contract termination.
While the exact submission deadline is not specified, the contractor is required to restart work within seven days from the notice date, which implies urgency. Interested bidders should prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, ensuring all required documents such as Earnest Money and CDR are in order for smooth processing.
A practical tip for bidders is to maintain clear communication with the department and ensure all compliance requirements are met before submission. Delays or incomplete documentation can lead to disqualification. Staying updated on any amendments or notices from the BRCs and Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan will also help in successful participation.
