Provision of New DTS Portfolio and Upgradation of Existing TEMs DT Hardware

The Universal Service Fund (USF), based in Islamabad, is procuring the provision of a new DTS portfolio along with the upgradation of existing TEMs DT hardware. The bidding process follows a single stage, one envelope procedure with mandatory submission of bid security amounting to PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in English or Urdu and signed by authorized representatives. The deadline for submission is 09th July 2026 by 11:00 AM at the USF office located at Evacuee Trust Complex, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders.
