Provision of Planters with Indoor Plants / House Plants for Executive Buildings / Red Zone, Environment Directorate (East), CDA

The Environment Directorate (Capital Development Aurhority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the provision of planters with indoor plants and house plants for executive buildings in the Red Zone, Environment Directorate (East), CDA. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the aesthetic and environmental quality of the executive buildings in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stainless steel planters 14'' size (300 units) - Stainless steel planters 16'' size (400 units) - Stainless steel planters 18'' size (500 units) - House plants / indoor plants in 12'' pot size including species such as Money Plant, Lady finger Palm, Arecca Palm, Dieffenbachia, Croton, Cane Palm, Cat Palm & Aglaonema (300 units) - House plants / indoor plants in 14'' pot size with similar species (400 units) - House plants / indoor plants in 16'' / 18'' pot size with similar species (500 units) - Seasonal flowers in 5'' pot or polythene bag including Dahlia, Lily, Gazania, Vinka etc. (150,000 units) The scope includes supply, delivery, and placing of high-quality planters and well-established indoor plants as per approved samples. All items must be delivered and installed at the designated sites under the supervision and instructions of the site incharge. The contract requires adherence to the technical specifications and quality standards outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess relevant licenses. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0, with the original bid security physically submitted to the Environment Directorate office at Room # 02, F-9 Park near 9th Avenue, Islamabad before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
