Procurement of Student Chairs for Rawalpindi Women University

Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites electronic bids on bulk, lot-wise exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of student chairs. This tender is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments who meet the requirements of the bidding document. Items being procured: - Student Chairs Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and Rawalpindi Women University (www.rwu.edu.pk) websites. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11:30 AM on 15-Oct-2026. The bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid Security of Rs. 90,000/- must be furnished electronically via the PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement Portal in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. Additionally, an original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper must be submitted physically at the university before the closing date and time. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement System and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
