Provision of Security Services for Govt. Special Education Centre HIC Rahim Yar Khan

Government Special Education Centre HIC Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed E-Bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the provision of security services and security guards for the Centre and its bus security for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Security Services - Security Guards for Centre - Bus Security The scope includes providing round-the-clock (24/7) security services according to the laid down terms and conditions. The firm must provide type/caliber of weapons and ammunition to security guards on duty as specified in the tender form. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate breakdown. The firm must ensure the minimum salary rate fixed by the Government and must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA or any Punjab government department. Eligibility requires firms to be tax registered with previous experience providing security services to government departments. All participating bidders must deposit bid security as a CDR equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 720000 through 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against the generated PSID, attaching the paid slip with tender documents. Performance guarantee of 5% of the estimated cost is also required at contract award time via the same banking method. Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) before the closing date and time. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without justification. The submission deadline is 14-09-2026 at 10:00 A.M with bid opening at 10:30 A.M on the same day.
