Provision of Services for Labour at Vegetable Research Institute Faisalabad

The Vegetable Research Institute Faisalabad invites tenders for the provision of labour services under the ADP Project 'Transformation of Agriculture in Pothohar & District Khushab (Ginger Component)'. This procurement is for skilled and unskilled labour to support media preparation, tissue culture of ginger plantlets, seed multiplication, field trials, washing laboratory utensils, hardening of tissue culture plants, and all related field operations. Items being procured: - Services for Media preparation, Tissue Culture of Ginger Plantlets, Seed Multiplication, Field trials (03 Skilled persons per month) - Services for washing Laboratory utensils, Hardening of tissue culture plants & all field operations (20 Un-skilled persons per month) The scope includes labour services at the Vegetable Research Institute Faisalabad and required areas of Faisalabad, Pothohar & District Khushab. Firms must be registered for Income Tax, PST, and Sales Tax and have established financial and managerial credentials. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bid security submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tenders must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28.08.2026 at 02:00 P.M. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The offered rates shall remain valid until 30.06.2027. Earnest money of Rs. 175,000 is required. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules.
