Tender Description
The Army High Altitude School in Rattu, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, is procuring sub allocation services for the uplift of Forward Operating Quarters (FOQs), upgrading training facilities, and improving sports accommodation for the Financial Year 2025-26. This tender focuses on enhancing the infrastructure and amenities at the school to support its operational and training capabilities.
The technical scope includes civil works related to the uplift and upgrading of existing facilities, including sports and accommodation areas for the staff and trainees. The project demands quality workmanship and adherence to military standards, ensuring durability and functionality in a high-altitude environment.
Eligible contractors should have relevant PEC categories for civil works and experience in similar institutional or military projects. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are mandatory. Contractors must be prepared to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR as per tender requirements.
Tender forms can be collected from the Army High Altitude School by 16 May 2026. Completed tenders must be submitted before 1200 hours on 31 May 2026. The technical bid opening will occur at 1300 hours, followed by the financial bid opening at 1500 hours on the same day at AHAS premises. Interested bidders should contact the school at 05817923000 for further details.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including PEC certificates, FBR registration, and earnest money, is complete and properly attested before submission. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained, so timely preparation and submission are crucial to avoid disqualification.
