Provision, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 52 Nos. Automatic Voltage Stabilizers (10000 Watts) with Stands for Split Type Inverter Air Conditioners in Dadu

The District & Sessions Court, Dadu invites bids for the provision, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 52 Automatic Voltage Stabilizers (10000 Watts) with stands for split type inverter air conditioners. This procurement is for the District Headquarters Courts Dadu, Taluka Courts Johi, Mehar, K.N. Shah and District Bar Association Dadu. Items being procured: - 52 Nos. Automatic Voltage Stabilizers (10000 Watts) with stands for split type inverter air conditioners (50 Nos. for District Headquarters and Taluka Courts Dadu and 2 Nos. for District Bar Association, Dadu). The stabilizers must be brand new, unused, and original, with a minimum one-year warranty. They should have features including over voltage, under voltage, overload, short circuit and surge protection, digital input/output voltage display, heavy duty metal body, air-cooled system, 100% copper winding, and heavy duty iron stands. Installation, testing, and commissioning are included in the scope. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or service providers with valid NTN, GST registration, and ATL status. They must have completed at least one similar supply contract in the last three years and possess qualified technical staff for installation and commissioning. Bid security of 5% of the bid price is required in the form of pay order or bank draft. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-Procurement (e-PAD) System by 28th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Dadu. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
