Provision of Travel Agent for Umrah Facility for Employees of BOM-MIE

Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate (BOM-MIE) invites sealed bids from Air Travel Agents licensed by the Government of Pakistan for Hajj & Umrah Services. The procurement is for provision of travel agent services to facilitate four persons for Umrah for 15 days. Items being procured: - Air Ticket Multan to Jaddah & back in economy class - Hotel Stay at Makkah & Madina (must not be beyond 500 meters from Harmain Sharifain) - Local Journey covering Multan, Jaddah, Makkah, Madina, and back - All Ziarat in Makkah & Madina - Processing of Visas The selected travel agent must have IATA license, FBR registration for Income Tax & PRA for Sales Tax, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA Punjab and BOM-MIE websites as well as the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 3rd September 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening at 03:30 PM on the same day. Bid security of Rs. 29,680/- (2% of estimated cost) is required and must be submitted electronically. No physical financial instruments like CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids incomplete or without original bid security will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or BOM-MIE are not eligible. Selection will be on least quote basis as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended). BOM-MIE reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure timely registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and carefully follow the online submission process to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of all required documents and bid security is recommended to meet the deadline.
