Provision of Uniform Items for Slow Learner Students Winter and Summer Season 2026-27

The Government Institute for Slow Learners Sheikhupura invites E-Bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the provision of uniform items for slow learner students for the winter and summer seasons of the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for uniform kits for boys and girls for both winter and summer seasons. Items being procured: - Uniform kit for Winter Boys and Girls (Lot No. 01) with an estimated cost of Rs. 700,000/- - Uniform kit for Summer Boys and Girls (Lot No. 02) with an estimated cost of Rs. 700,000/- The total estimated cost of procurement is PKR 1.4 million. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 28,000 is required in the form of a CDR in favor of the Headmistress, Government Institute for Slow Learners Sheikhupura. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the e-procurement portal (https://punjab.ep.gov.pk/) by 28th September 2026 till 10:30 am. However, the original hard copy of the bid security must be submitted before the closing time to avoid rejection. This procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes as per government rules. The bid validity period is six months from the publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the evaluation criteria without assigning any reason. Communication regarding rejection grounds will be provided to bidders but justification is not mandatory. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely submission of both electronic bids and original bid security documents to avoid disqualification.
