Tender Description
The Govt. Special Education Institute for Slow Learners Jhang invites E-Bids according to Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27 in Jhang.
Items being procured:
- Uniform items for special students (specific item list not provided in the notice).
The procurement will be conducted through a single stage one envelope bidding procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and submit all bid documents online. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 15,00,000/- (1.5 Million) with a bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 75,000/- (Seventy Five Thousand Only).
Unsuccessful bidders' bid security will be returned promptly after the bid validity period. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount as per the Punjab e-Procurement system procedures in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab before issuance of the supply order.
All quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid for six months from the publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to PPRA rules.
The E-Bid submission deadline is September 25, 2026, till 09:30 am, with the opening of bids at 10:00 am on the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Punjab e-Procurement system guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
