Provision of Uniform Items for Special Students Winter and Summer Season for Financial Year 2026-27

Government Special Education Centre Nankana Sahib invites E-Bids according to PPRA Rules 2014 from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the winter and summer season of financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Uniform kit for Winter (Lot No. 01) estimated cost Rs. 1,000,000/- with bid security Rs. 20,000/- - Uniform kit for Summer (Lot No. 02) estimated cost Rs. 1,000,000/- with bid security Rs. 20,000/- Bidding documents (Tender Form) containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost on EP portals and PPRA website. Bids must be submitted through EP by EP registered suppliers. Original hard copy Bid Security CDR of the aforementioned amount in favor of Headmaster Government Special Education Centre Nankana Sahib must also be submitted before the e-bid submission closing time. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid. The procurement will follow a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee @8% of contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of supply order. All rates quoted should be in Pak Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes. E-bid validity shall be six months from the publication of bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all E-bids or proposals according to the E-bid evaluation criteria at any time prior to acceptance. Communication regarding rejection grounds will not be required to be justified. The submission deadline is 4th September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
