Provision of Uniform Winter and Summer for Special Students for FY2026-27

The Government Special Education Centre Khanewal invites bids for the provision of winter and summer uniforms for boys and girls studying at the institution for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes winter season uniforms and summer season uniforms for special students, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 20,00,000/-. Items being procured: - Winter season (Boys & Girls): Boys' shirt, pant with belt, tie, bunyan, socks, shoes, and jury; Girls' shalwar, qameez, shameez, shawl, socks, shoes, and jury - Summer season (Boys & Girls): Boys' shirt, pant with belt, tie, bunyan, socks, and shoes; Girls' shalwar, qameez, duppata, shameez, socks, and shoes The uniforms must meet the specified quality standards and be supplied to the Government Special Education Centre Khanewal. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with all applicable taxes including sales tax and income tax. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014, under a Single Stage – single Envelope procedure. Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the total estimated value of each lot in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) via banking app or online bank transfer. Bidders must upload certified copies of ID card, General Sales Tax, Income Tax registration, and acceptance of terms on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Tender forms must be uploaded online by 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day. The purchase committee reserves the right to reject any tender and requires a 10% performance guarantee in the form of a call deposit. Payment will be made by cross-cheque after inspection and deduction of applicable taxes. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your samples for both winter and summer uniforms are ready for lab testing at National Textile University Faisalabad as the purchase committee will randomly select items for quality verification. Non-compliance with specifications may lead to cancellation of the supply order and forfeiture of bid security.
