Provision of Water Supply Line from Sargodha Pull 47 to SIE Sargodha and Construction of Pump Room

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) invites reputed and experienced firms and contractors to participate in the procurement for the provision of a water supply line from Sargodha Pull 47 to SIE Sargodha along with the construction of a pump room. This project is located in Lahore and will be executed under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). Items being procured: - Provision of Water Supply Line from Sargodha Pull 47 to SIE Sargodha - Construction of Pump Room The scope includes installation of water supply infrastructure and civil construction of the pump room. Interested firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above for the relevant specialization. Firms must also be legally registered entities with SECP or Registrar of Firms and possess valid tax certificates from FBR or PRA. An undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by PSIC is mandatory. Earnest money amounting to Rs. 3,401,581 in the form of CDR must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement portal before the closing date. Bidding documents containing technical and financial proposals are available free of cost on the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement system portal. Bids must be submitted online by 18-09-2026 no later than 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at the Committee Room, 1st floor, 23-A Davis Road, PSIC House Lahore, in the presence of applicants or their representatives. Applicants are advised to register immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement system for participation. Submission on the portal is the sole responsibility of the applicant. Bid validity is 180 days from submission date. Failure to submit the CDR will result in disqualification.
