Tender Description
Pakistan Cricket Board invites interested parties to acquire the rights for production and distribution of the PSL Docuseries. This opportunity is focused on media and broadcasting services related to the Pakistan Super League, offering a unique platform to showcase the league's story and engage cricket fans nationwide.
The scope includes full production and distribution rights, requiring bidders to demonstrate expertise in content creation, media rights management, and distribution channels. The project demands a creative approach to storytelling and technical proficiency to deliver high-quality docuseries content that resonates with the PSL audience.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including valid FBR registration and ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. While PEC categories are not applicable, maintaining proper documentation such as Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is essential for bid acceptance.
The submission deadline is set for the 28th of March, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical proposals opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Financial proposals will be opened later for technically qualified bidders. All submissions must be sent via email to bidding.psl@pcb.com.pk as per the instructions.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the bid document for specific eligibility criteria and ensure your technical proposal clearly highlights your production capabilities and distribution network to stand out in this competitive process.
