Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of four public kiosk devices at the Judicial Complex and District Bar Association in Matiari, Sindh. The District & Sessions Court, Matiari, is procuring these kiosks to enhance public access to court services through modern electronic interfaces. The kiosks feature Intel Core i5 processors, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, and 24-inch capacitive multi-touch LED screens with vandal-resistant steel cabinets. They come pre-installed with genuine Microsoft Windows 10/11 Pro and include 30 minutes UPS backup to ensure uninterrupted operation.
The procurement requires bidders to submit electronically encrypted bids via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. The technical bid will be opened first, followed by the financial bid of only technically qualified bidders. The delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days of purchase order issuance at the specified locations. The tender emphasizes compliance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) and requires a 5% bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
