Establishment of Public Park Including Paver Block & C.C Block and Installation of Solar Street Light Poles at Public Park Chachro Town

The Buildings Division Tharparkar invites bids for the establishment of a Public Park including Paver Block and Cement Concrete (C.C) Block at Chachro Town, along with the installation of Solar Street Light Poles at the Public Park in Chachro. This procurement is specifically for civil works and solar equipment installation under the supervision of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Tharparkar. Items being procured: - Construction of R.C.C foundation for 31ft/40ft long tubular poles including excavation, stone soiling, lean concrete, MS bolts and rods, and RCC foundation as per specifications. - Providing and fixing MS tubular poles of specified dimensions with rust preventive coatings. - Manufacturing, providing, and fixing GI double arm double arch with GI pipes and MS clamps. - Providing and installation of Solar panels (200 watts German make or equivalent) complete with dry battery (150-Amps, 12-volts), LED light (180 watts), wiring, controller with automatic ON/OFF sensor fixed on existing poles. The technical scope covers all civil construction works for the park including paver and concrete blocks, as well as the supply and installation of solar street lighting systems. The site is located in Chachro Town, Sindh province. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for the value of works and meet all eligibility criteria including financial and technical capacity. A bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 0.124 Million is required. The deadline for bid submission is 10:30 AM on 4th November 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:00 AM the same day at the Buildings Division Tharparkar office.
