Purchase of Hardware for Development, Management, Technical Support and Operation of the E-Daftar Project

The Science and Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, is procuring hardware for the project titled Development, Management, Technical Support and Operation of the E-Daftar for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is part of a centralized hardware acquisition to support the expansion and operational needs of the E-Daftar project. Items being procured: - Small Scanners (91 units) - Large Scanners (20 units) - Biometric Devices (24 units) - Desktop Computers (72 units) The technical scope includes supply and delivery of the specified hardware items to the department. The procurement will be conducted through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and/or Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bid security required is 2.5% of the total bid amount. The technical proposal must include detailed specifications and firm credentials without quoting prices. The tender documents are available on the Sindh EPADS portal. The bid submission deadline is 10th August 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with technical bids opening the same day at 2:45 p.m. Bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding instructions and submit bids electronically via EPADS only. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
