District Officer CTD Sialkot invites E-Bids through Punjab e-Procurement system for purchase/provision of Miscellaneous Items/Services based on Framework Contract from Bidders i.e., firms, companies, General Order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors (JVs, if applicable) registered with Punjab e-Procurement system with PPRA Punjab engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) through open competitive bidding lot wise basis for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Purchase of items for Hot & Cold and Lubricants (PKR 795,000) - Purchase of Stationery Items, Computer Stationery Items (PKR 1,300,000) - Purchase of Miscellaneous/Others Items, Purchase of Dietary Items for Muharram/Chehlum Duties & Hiring for Service Rendered (PKR 1,300,000) - Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Transport Items (PKR 800,000) - Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Machinery & Equipment items and Furniture Items (PKR 300,000) - Purchase of Items Cost of Other Store (PKR 500,000) The procurement covers a wide range of items including lubricants, stationery, dietary items for religious duties, transport and machinery repair items, and furniture. Bidders must submit bids lot wise and the bid should be for the whole lot. Bids will be uploaded and submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal by Thursday 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All procurements will be made electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 12 of PPRA.
