Purchase and Installation of Water Treatment Plant and Accessories at Khyber Medical University Peshawar

Khyber Medical University, Peshawar invites sealed bids from Manufacturers, Importers, and Authorized Dealers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and KPRA who are on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR and KPRA. The procurement is for the purchase and installation of a water treatment plant and related accessories. Items being procured: - Water Treatment Plant - Automatic Bottle Filling Packing System - Industrial Inkjet Printer The scope includes supply and installation of the water treatment plant and associated equipment at the university premises. Bidders must be registered and compliant with tax authorities and have relevant experience. A bid security of 2% in the form of CDR in favor of the Director ORIC KMU is required. The bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original submitted in a sealed envelope to the Chairman Purchase Committee office in Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 11:00 AM on 18/09/2026. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04/09/2026 at 1100 hours in the Director ORIC office. Detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the E-PADS portal (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk).
