Purchase of Laptops and GPU Work Station for Bahria University Lahore Campus

Bahria University Lahore Campus invites bids on E-Pads from authorized distributors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the supply of the following equipment: - Purchase of Laptops and GPU Work Station Interested and eligible bidders may download tender documents for the subject item containing terms and conditions and detailed specifications from E-Pads or obtain them from the office of the undersigned upon written request, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, till 04 October 2026 on payment of the mentioned cost in cash (non-refundable). The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids will be accepted through E-Pads. Bid Security amounting to Rs. 180,000 should be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Lahore Campus. Hard copies of documents and bid security (in original) should be deposited in the Procurement Office before 1130hrs on 05 October 2026. Proposals will be opened on the same day after 1200hrs in the presence of bidders. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance by invoking rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
