Tender Description
The Okara Forest Division invites electronic bids (E-bids) through the e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) from eligible General Order Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Firms registered with relevant Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA. Bidders must hold a valid professional tax certificate from the Excise & Taxation Department for the year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website.
Items being procured:
- Plants including species Arjan, Arley, Sukhchain, Amaltas, Terminalia, Gulenishtar, Pilkan, Siris, Bottle Brush, Tabobia, Neem, Alstonia etc.
- Quantity: 13,200 No.
- Minimum height of plants: 5 to 6 feet with good health and quality
The scope includes loading, unloading, and carriage of plants at various sites. The contractor/firm must hand over fully stocked and well-established plants/nurseries. The Okara Forest Division will not be held responsible for bid submission on the portal. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab PPRA website, valid tax certificates, and earnest money of Rs. 165,000/- in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bids must be signed, stamped, and submitted online by the deadline. Incomplete, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Joint ventures are not allowed.
The tender opening will be held on 27th August 2026 at 04:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons.
