No refilled or counterfeit products will be accepted. Delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase order to the Virtual University of Pakistan's Head Office in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, submission of earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of DD, PO, CDR or Bank Guarantee, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000.
