Supply of ICT Equipment including Network, Surveillance, Storage Devices, and Office Equipment

The Balochistan Board Of Intermediate & Secondary Education Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of ICT equipment including network devices, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment. The total number of items to be supplied is 17. Items being procured: - ICT Equipment (Network, surveillance devices, storage devices, Office Equipment) (Total Items: 17) Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed assignments of similar nature and complexity worth Rs. 15,000,000 in the previous 2 years with a turnover of at least Rs. 20,000,000 in the last 2 years. Bidders must have active presence in the Active Tax Payer List and Sales Tax Certificate. Blacklisted firms or Pakistan JV firms are not eligible. Submission of bid security is mandatory at 3% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bbise.gob.pk and www.bppra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 08 October 2026 at 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Technical evaluation will include verification of ISO Certificate 9001 and assessment of assignments from 2024 to 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at EPPS System, Quetta.
