The Office of City Police Officer Faisalabad is procuring a comprehensive range of items and services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This tender invites bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agencies/dealers/suppliers/distributors with relevant experience and proper registration with income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax departments. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Store Items, IT Equipment, Purchase of Plant/Machinery & Furniture/Fixture - Repair of Plant/Machinery & Furniture/Fixture - Office/Computer Stationery & Printing Items - Horse Feeding & Cost of Medicine - Repair of Transport & Purchase of Tyre, Batteries & Filters, Purchase of Lubricants - Repair of Office Buildings / Residential Buildings The technical scope covers supply and repair of various equipment and materials including IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture, stationery, horse feed and medicines, transport repair including tyres, batteries, filters, lubricants, and repair of office and residential buildings. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the E-PADS system as per Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit complete technical and financial bids separately, inclusive of all taxes, and comply with all registration and tax requirements. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, previous experience, and compliance with PPRA rules. Earnest Money Deposit (bid security) of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Bank Draft. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of the tender. Bidders must submit bids online before the deadline and attend the bid opening session.
