Purchase of Stationary Items

A Public Sector Organization in Lahore invites reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers, and proprietors with GST & NTN numbers and offices with telephone numbers on F.O.R. Lahore basis to submit sealed tenders for the purchase of stationary items as per the attached list. Items being procured: - Stationary items as mentioned in the list The tender requires a 5% Earnest Money deposit of the quoted value in the form of Deposit at Call in favor of the Pr. Accounts Officer. This earnest money will be refunded upon satisfactory supply or released if the bid is unsuccessful. The validity of rates must be 90 days. Tender documents can be obtained after providing documentary evidence and a written request to the Pr. Administrator on payment of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) via Call/Pay Order in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.10068, Lahore. The tender will be opened on 15-September-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Suppliers are requested to bring their I.D. Card when collecting tender documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid or proposal prior to acceptance without justification. Bidders should ensure timely submission before the deadline of 15-September-2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender envelope must be clearly super-scribed with the Tender Notice No. 02/2026-27 and the due date.
