Purchase of Stationery Items for Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS) Islamabad invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and concerns the purchase of stationery items to be supplied to the Ministry. Bidding documents shall be collected and submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal. No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. Tender bids will be opened publicly at the Committee Room, Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, 4th Floor, Evacuee Complex, F-5/1 Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives as per PPRA Rule 13(1). Bidders must register on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and submit their documents online. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 35,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order, refundable, in favor of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of PASS. All government applicable taxes will be charged at the time of supply or work order. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rule 33.
