Purchase of Stationery Items, Computer Stationery Toners, Photocopiers and Fax Machines, Other Miscellaneous Items

The Ministry of National Food Security and Research (Mo NFS&R) invites electronic bids on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from well reputed firms, general order suppliers, original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and stationers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and have offices, shops, or stock in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The contract is for an annual running basis from the award date until 30-06-2026, extendable as deemed appropriate by the Ministry. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery items - Purchase of Computer Stationery i.e. Toners for Printers, Photocopiers and Fax Machines - Purchase of Other / Miscellaneous items Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 only; no manual bids will be accepted. Bid security/earnest money of Rs. 300,000/- in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit in favor of SO (GA), M/o NFS&R is required. Hard copy must be submitted physically in Room No. 412, 4th Floor, B-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad on or before the closing date and time. Bids without bid security will be rejected. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bid opening will be held on October 5, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. in the Office of Section Officer (GA), Room No. 412, 4th Floor, Ministry of NFS&R, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification. Timely submission through EPADS 2.0 is critical to participate in this tender.
