Supply of Photocopier for Elementary and Secondary Education Department Muzaffarabad AJ&K

The Elementary and Secondary Education Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites bids from authorized dealers and partners registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of AJ&K for the supply of photocopiers. This procurement is under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017. The supply is intended for the district complex in Muzaffarabad, AJ&K. Items being procured: - Photocopier The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the photocopier on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to Muzaffarabad, including all applicable taxes, transportation, and installation costs at the institute level. The supply must meet approved specifications and be completed within 45 days from the date of contract or supply order. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Senior Chief Planning Cell, Elementary and Secondary Education Department AJ&K Muzaffarabad. Bids without the required bid security will be rejected. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities and a certificate confirming the bidder is not blacklisted or involved in any conflict with the government within AJ&K, Federally Administered Areas, or Pakistan. The validity period of bids is 120 days from the date of bid opening. Tender documents are available from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell, E&SE district complex L-Block Muzaffarabad, from 08:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday upon submission of a written application on original firm/company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000. Bids must be submitted by hand or registered courier service before the deadline of 13-10-2026 at 11:30 am. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 am. The evaluation report and contract award will be published on the AJKPPRA website.
