Purchase of Stationery and Tyers for FY 2026-27

The University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed tenders from registered and well reputed vendors for the purchase of Stationery and Tyers for the financial year 2026-27 in Kotli city. Items being procured: - Stationery - Tyers The tender documents containing details of items, specifications, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Assistant Treasurer UoK upon payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) via Bank Challan, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK, A&JK. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Financial proposals must be accompanied by 5% Bid Security/Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 700,000/- for Stationery and Rs. 750,000/- for Tyers in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK. Rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees on F.O.R UoK basis and remain valid for 120 days. All prevailing taxes will be deducted as per government rules at the time of payment. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The last date for submission of bids is 14-09-2026 by 11:00 a.m. Bids should be delivered to the office of Treasurer UoK, where Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the bid security instruments and ensure the validity period covers the entire bid evaluation period to avoid rejection.
