The District Police Officer Rahimyar Khan invites E-Bids for the purchase of a wide range of items and services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) with all bidding documents available online. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order equal to 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The contract will be awarded after evaluation of technical and financial bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
