Tender Description

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) in Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for the purchase of uniform and protective clothing as per tender reference P82456. Items being procured: - Uniform and Protective Clothing The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Call at Deposit as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal to participate.
