A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices and telephone/fax numbers for the purchase of different items and materials as per the detailed schedule. Items being procured: - Ready-to-Eat Food (Chicken Biryani and Chana Pulao) - Two Piece Dungarees - Protective Suits - Vests and Shorts - PVC Safety Signs / Posters - Roll Out Sheet Storage Racks - Heavy Duty Photocopiers - Fabrication Consumables for Welding - Heating & Cutting Torches for Welding - Equipment for Refueling & Maintenance - General Consumables (Single Stage Two Envelope Basis) - High Sulphur Furnace Oil - Lubricants different types - Supplying & Applying Acid Proof Chemical Coating at site office - Renovation/Up-gradation at site office - Rack and Pinion Type Actuators - Accessories for Submersible & Ejector Pumps - Light, Heat Stress & Gas Monitoring Instruments - On-Load Tap Changer for Auxiliary/Standby Transformer - Intelligent Flow Rate Accumulators - Portable Digital Density Meters for Labs - Radiation Survey / Contamination Meters The procurement covers a wide range of goods including food items, protective clothing, safety signage, office and maintenance equipment, chemical supplies, and specialized instruments for monitoring and lab use. The site of delivery and application is Kundian. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays upon submission of a written request duly supported with the tender fee (non-refundable) in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order payable to the Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments will not be accepted. Tender fees are Rs. 1,500 or Rs. 2,000 depending on the item schedule. Tenders will be received up to 13:30 hours and opened on the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time as per rules. This tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the schedule and ensure timely submission.
